wellness reset
I’m starting something on Monday, January 5th, and I want you to do it with me.
January feels like a fresh start in the best way. A new year, a clean slate, a chance to do things a little differently.
I’m committing to a January Reset. Thirty days, until the end of the month, focused on the basics that make me feel good when I actually do them.
Eating real food.
Moving my body.
Drinking enough water.
Sleeping better.
Being more intentional with my screen time.
When it comes to food, I’m keeping it really simple. Meals made from real ingredients. Cooking at home. Filling my plate with lots of plants. Fruits, veggies, herbs, beans, grains, all the colorful, nourishing foods that make eating feel fun.
These are the things that always bring me back to myself. And right now, I want some structure around them. Just something simple and visible that keeps me accountable.
So I made a printable habit tracker for us. It’s one page, meant to live somewhere you’ll see it every day. I’m putting mine on the fridge. Each day, I’ll check off what I did as a way for me to visualize that I showed up for myself.
This reset is designed to feel doable. Five minutes of movement counts. One home-cooked meal counts. Drinking more water than yesterday counts. You can also make it your own. There’s space to add habits that matter to you, whether that’s meditation, supplements, walks, stretching, reading, journaling, or something else you want to be more consistent with this month.
I know some of you prefer shorter commitments. If 7 days feels right, start there. You can always keep going and take it one week at a time. The point isn’t to finish perfectly, it’s to build momentum and see how good it feels when you show up for yourself consistently.
I’ll be doing this alongside you all month. Sharing what I’m eating, how I’m moving, and little reminders along the way on Instagram.
If you want a simple, grounding way to start the year, this is your invitation. Download the printable, put it somewhere you’ll see it every day, and do this with me :) :) :) :)
Let’s make this the best year yet!
xx becci
I designed this tracker so you can come back to it anytime you need a fresh start.
One more thing, in case it’s helpful.
These are a few of the tools I come back to again and again when I’m doing my inner work, getting unstuck, or reconnecting with what I actually want. They’ve become a kind of quiet support system for me, even though they’re apps, books, and practices I do on my own.
Open Breathwork & Meditation
I use this when I need to get out of my head and back into my body. It helps me release tension and emotions I didn’t even realize I was holding. Code BECCIOPEN30 gives you 30 days free if you want to try it.
The Moment You Stop Seeking Approval, Everything Shifts
A reminder I return to when I catch myself people-pleasing or second-guessing my choices. It helps me come back to my own inner compass.
Human Design
This has helped me understand how I’m wired, how I make decisions, and why certain rhythms work better for me than others.
The Daily Stoic
Short, grounding reflections that help me zoom out, especially when I feel overwhelmed or caught up in the noise.
To Be Magnetic
I use this for deeper inner work around beliefs, self-trust, and allowing myself to want what I want without guilt.
AppBlock
A practical one, but essential. It helps me create boundaries with my phone so my attention actually goes where I want it to.
Activations (formerly Superhuman)
A wellness app with short motivational audio sessions. They're designed to help rewire your mindset. These sessions use a mix of neuroscience, manifestation, and visualization to support active transformation. I love doing these activations in the morning when I'm getting ready for the day or at night when I'm winding down. The pep talks are amazing and one of the main reasons I signed up for the year. Link includes a 14-day trial and a discounted annual option if you decide to stay.
Gratitude Journal
A simple five-minute practice I do when I want to shift my perspective and end the day on a calmer note.
Recipe Hub
If you want extra support on the food side of this reset, this is where I keep all of my recipes in one place. Everything I share on Instagram lives there too, along with food prep ideas and everyday meals built around nourishing ingredients. It’s updated in real time and meant to be an easy place to return to whenever you need inspiration.
*None of this is required. They’re just things that support me when I’m building habits, working toward goals, and staying connected to myself. Take what feels helpful, leave what doesn’t.
