I created this space to make healthy eating feel effortless. The hub is home to all my recipes: simple, wholesome meals that are naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, refined-sugar-free, and plant-forward.


It’s how I eat every day to support my gut and hormone health, and it’s for anyone who wants to feel good from the inside out without overcomplicating it.

  • if you choose the monthly plan, you can cancel anytime directly through your account. yearly plans renew automatically after 12 months, but you can manage or cancel your renewal at any point before it renews.

  • you don’t need to download anything. the recipe hub opens right in your web browser on any phone, tablet, or computer. it’s simple, easy to use, but can feel just like an app when you add it to your home screen.
